Our refund policy lasts 30 days from day of delivery (according to item tracking). If this has gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only offer refunds in the case of faulty or incorrect goods received. Refunds and exchanges will be organised on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch if you are unhappy with your experience and we will do our best to work with you to come to an acceptable solution.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
